  • Is the Executive team performing well and if not, why not?
  • Does the CEO have senior executives of the calibre required to manage the organisation effectively and lead it into the future?

  • We do not believe each Executive team needs to comply with a template; often the talent can be the catalyst for future strategic options. Is the CEO and Executive team open to this?
