About us

Lamarck is an International Consulting firm that works with CEOs and Chairmen to improve the performance of their organisations. Our relationship typically begins with the CEO or the Chairman to build our understanding of their situation and issues pertaining to the Executive team. This generally leads to us working with the HR Director and the CEO to re-assess and define key leadership roles, to consider succession and the need for talent acquisition and/or development. We have a strong track record of assessing candidates’ leadership and business credentials.

Our work with Chairmen includes Board structuring, succession planning and Board Reviews. We build deep relationships with a small number of clients. Our emphasis is on client management and assignment execution. We build durable client relationships where clients see us as a long term strategic consulting partner.
