Investing in people is a key definer of high performing companies. We work with clients on developing people at the top of the organisation. Our advice will be based on three factors:

  • Our assessment of the individual and how he or she responds to that feedback. For example some executives struggle to modify their behaviour and may require a coach to ‘structure’ that process. Others will absorb the feedback, respond appropriately and immediately seek our advice on new learning opportunities. Importantly the executive must ‘own’ the need for development.
  • The executive’s preparedness to deal with their specific leadership challenges.
  • The executive’s appetite to take risk, explore their potential and grow and the organisation’s preparedness to support that.
